Summary: This hotel is ideal for a family stay. The rooms have kitchen facilities and is situated right on the side of lake Annecy with a lovely private swimming area where you can hire paddle boards and boats. The views that are to die for. I would advise though you skip breakfast its pretty much self service in a hot stuffy room I don't think its worth it.

Summary: Excellent location although car required, Charmonix within day trip distance. We were upgraded to two bedroom suite which was very comfortable for family of four, with excellent views of lake and chateau. Room clean and well decorated. Resturante attached overpriced for fairly pedestrian food but good service and fantastic setting. Could improve by extending wifi beyond albeit nice reception area to rooms.

Summary: This is a small hotel sited mid-Lake Annecy. We were in a "mini apartment". When we booked we were a bit concerned about the bed as it was a pull-out couch conversion - not a problem, very comfortable. The hotel has a private beach and has imported sand to make it more enjoyable for children. The staff are very helpful and efficient. There are lots of good restaurants near by. However you really need a car to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Summary: A well appointed residence. The appartment was clean and met the advertised standard. The internet site is a true representation of what you get when you arrive. We experienced a very quiet time there and the views over the lake and surrounding area were breathtaking. We visited mid Sept so it might be noisier in the summer if families occupy the residences. Duingt is a charming but small village. There is a bus and boat service into Annecy town. The bus stop is by the church in Duingt which is a stones throw from the accommodation (bus takes about 20 mins). There is parking on site. The hotel is on a main road but when you are in the accommodation road noise can't be heard. A great place to stay if you plan to travel the Route of the Grande Alpes. We would definately return.

Summary: Very modern room with kitchen facilities in a good location overlooking the peaceful lake. Nice terrace with recliners outside room. Staff helpful and courteous. Tasty breakfast in pleasant surroundings.
